We are looking for a Specialist – Salesforce CRM to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that drive our global CRM landscape. This role combines hands-on Salesforce development, CRM Analytics, integrations, release management, and L2 application support while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders across the organization.
Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.
Utilize CRM Analytics to support business reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality and reliable solutions.
Manage Salesforce release cycles, including deployments, sandbox management, and version control activities.
Provide L2 support and resolve Salesforce production issues while ensuring high-quality support for global users.
Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, integrations, and support processes.
Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and implement development standards and best practices.
Work closely with administrators, architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver business value through Salesforce solutions.
3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience supporting business-critical Salesforce applications and resolving complex technical issues.
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations
Hands-on experience with CRM Analytics
Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, third-party tools, and middleware platforms.
Knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience managing Salesforce release cycles, sandbox environments, and Git-based version control.
Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams.
Continuous learning mindset with a passion for Salesforce technologies.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
