In this position, you act as a key connector behind the scenes, ensuring that our sales and service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Join our subsidiary in Brazil as Specialist Sales & Service Support (f/m/d).

Your Challenges

Support our sales and service organization in day-to-day business as a key back-office partner
Handle quotation requests, obtain pricing, and support tender and bidding processes
Monitor ongoing tenders and ensure deadlines and requirements are met
Support contract management activities (e.g. validity tracking, documentation, obligation monitoring)
Coordinate service activities, schedules, and provide administrative support for customer projects
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and internal coordination
Ensure accuracy and maintenance of master data and administrative documentation
Support reporting activities as well as organizational topics (e.g. events, trainings)

Your Profile

Commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration or a comparable field
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a sales or service environment
Experience with ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office
Structured and independent way of working with strong organizational skills
High customer orientation and a strong service mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
Team-oriented with a good understanding of operational processes
