The Role:

In this role you will:
This position acts as the customer interface fordemand/order management and complaints. The position supports the business by providingbestservices, meeting customerrequestsand customer satisfaction. The incumbent aligns with the direction and vision of each strategic business unit as well as providingcustomer-levelcustom service to be the leading and most responsive supplier to our customers

5 AssistSalesteam in solving/ negotiating operational difficulties andconsolidatingbusiness model on customerdemands & Orders
Your success will be measured by:
1. Highproficiencyin MS Excel and SAP.
2.Good communicationskill in English, both written and verbal.
3. Experience working in a global organization.
4. Be process-oriented and results-driven.
5. Should enjoy a challenging and fast paced environment.
6. Ability to work well on cross-functional teams. Must be a good team player with proven skills in collaboration.
7. Must be able to work on multiple projects inparallelasneeded.
8. Must have the proven ability to effectively deal with ambiguity,identifygaps, and implement innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency
9. Prior Supply Chain knowledge is a plus.
