Specialist, Sales Development - BilingualWe are looking for passionate and driven Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team!

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers—building meaningful connections, understanding business challenges, and driving qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.

🌟 What We’re Looking For

• Strong English (B2 or higher) communication and active listening skills

• 6+ months of experience in sales in a customer service environment (call-center or equivalent)

• Availability to start by mid February

• Relationship-building abilities and comfort engaging decision-makers

• Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude

• Strong organizational skills and pipeline management

• Tech-savviness with CRM and sales tools

• Goal-oriented mindset and motivation to exceed KPIs

• Adaptability and willingness to learn continuously

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to generate new leads

• Qualify prospects by identifying needs and business challenges

• Collaborate closely with AEs for a smooth lead handoff

• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot)

• Share insights with Marketing and Product teams to support better targeting and messaging
