About the Role

As a Specialist Reports Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the estimating team by coordinating specialist inspections and ensuring reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule trades and specialists to attend residential insurance claim sites.
  • Review specialist reports for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Liaise with a range of stakeholders, including trades, contractors, insurers, and internal teams.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records and data management.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure reports meet company and industry standards.
  • Verify invoices and assist with processing documentation.
  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks while effectively managing competing priorities.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the estimating team as required.

About You

You are organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. You take pride in your attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service, construction, or insurance (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience communicating with trades, contractors, or service providers (highly regarded).
  • Strong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and other software systems.
  • The ability to learn new processes and technology quickly.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a high-performing, KPI-driven team.
