Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (No weekends or holidays)
Location: West Hospital
This role ensures smooth patient flow from entry to destination while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities include creating accurate financial and demographic records, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and providing clear communication about hospital policies. You will also answer calls and assist patients and visitors promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients
Collect copays and verify insurance information
Schedule and manage multiple appointments
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately

Resourcefulness and problem-solving
Familiarity with medical office operations (preferred)
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Previous experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
Ability to learn medical coding (ICD-10, CPT preferred)
Knowledge of insurance processes and medical terminology (preferred)
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
