Responsibilities
Manage and perform quality mass operational end-to-end duties using appropriate resources and follow-up accordingly in a timely manner from the point a candidate is shortlisted to Day 1 onboarding.
Address new hires’ queries and provide required support, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date system records and documentation for all new hires, complying with internal policies, statutory requirements, and data privacy regulations.
Perform of Work Passes administration for new hires, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and proper documentation submission.
Conduct system testing and quality assurance when required to ensure the functionality of recruitment and onboarding systems. Identify and resolve issues, collaborating with relevant teams for system improvements.
Provide participant or guidance in cross-training of team members for knowledge-sharing to ensure consistent service delivery.
Provide support to management in the review, development and implementation of processes; this may include preparing adhoc reports and gathering information as and when required for management analysis and decision-making.
Update work trackers timely and accurately so that they serve as reliable data sources for monthly SLA reporting and productivity studies.
Proactively identify potential areas for improvement and work collaboratively with team members to develop effective solutions that enhance productivity, elevate work quality, and address service delivery gaps.
Responsible in planning and coordination of Day 1 onboarding briefing for new hires inclusive conducting of Day 1 briefing at assigned work location.
Work collaboratively and maintain relationships with both internal and external parties to ensure staffing goals are achieved in a timely manner.
Ensure all recruitment processes, including onboarding and work pass management, adhere to compliance standards, including local labor laws and corporate policies. Assist in preparing reports on recruitment activities and trends for management.
Handle ad-hoc submissions for government-related clearances, such as Land Transport Authority (LTA) or other relevant bodies. Ensure timely submission and adherence to statutory requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management for growth and expansion of skillsets.
