In dieser Position bist Du maßgeblich dafür verantwortlich, passende gewerbliche Mitarbeitende zu gewinnen. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Standorten, Führungskräften und dem HR-Team zusammen, erkennst frühzeitig Personalbedarfe und findest neue Wege, geeignete Kandidaten im In- und Ausland anzusprechen. Mit Deiner praxisnahen und aktiven Arbeitsweise sorgst Du dafür, dass wir auch in einem anspruchsvollen Markt die richtigen Talente gewinnen.
