We are hiring a Specialist Recruiter to join our EMEA TA team and support hiring for our Commercial Business. This team drives growth by helping customers and partners realise value from Microsoft technologies through solutions that align to business outcomes, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable impact. We are looking for a highly motivated, agile recruiter based in Germany who brings positive energy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities with attention to detail, and works effectively through ambiguity. If you are self-motivated, make sound decisions, remove roadblocks, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve shared goals, we would love to hear from you.
This Recruiter will be on point to accelerate the growth of hiring in Germany , Austria and across wider EMEA region through the talent we identify and recruit. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to fail fast, leads with care, and gets energy from coaching, developing, and contributing towards the success of others. Whilst to role is primarily focussed on hiring in Germany & Austria, you will also have the opportunity to work outside these countries and Recruit in different teams like our Engineering hiring team. We follow the work and have the learning opportunity across the whole EMEA region!
