Working closely with cross-functional partners, consultants, contractors, and vendors,you'llleadand supportprojects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines,budgets, and project deliverables are successfully achieved.You'llbuild strong relationships, navigate competing priorities, and provide expert project coordination and leadership to deliver safe, sustainable, inclusive, and welcoming workplaces. WhatYou’llDo
Project Planning and Delivery
Lead and support the planning and delivery of infrastructure, renovation, relocation, and workplace improvement projects across BCAA.
Partner with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors to understand project needs, coordinate activities, and support successful delivery.
Lead andcoordinate day-to-day project activities and help ensure work is completed safely and in line with health and safety, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
Share infrastructure and facilitiesexpertiseto support project decisions, standards, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support workplace space planning, furniture installations, and other Real Estate & Facilities programs and initiatives that help create effective, welcoming spaces.
Coordination, Documentation, and Financial Support
Coordinate vendor quotes, contracts, schedules, purchase orders, invoicing, and project documentation.
Track, monitor, and report on project timelines, budgets, cash flow, and capital and operating expenditures.
Prepare funding requests, support budget planning, and work with Finance to support strong projectfinancial management
Maintainaccurateproject records and provide onsite coordination for projects, meetings, and stakeholders as needed.
Identifyopportunities to improve project processes, reporting, and operational efficiency so teams can work more effectively.
What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree in building maintenance, building management, leasing, project management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three to five years of experience in building maintenance, building management, leasing, project management, or project, leasing, or contracts administration.
Experienceleading andsupporting facilities maintenance, facilities projects, or infrastructure projects.
Confidence using Outlook, Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, and Microsoft Teams.
The ability to interpret contractual language and support complex project management activities.
Nice to Have
Occupational First Aid Level 2 certification.
Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification.
AutoCAD or other relevant design experience.
Knowledge of Spark publishing.
The hourly range for this position is $41.41 to $51.76 and isdeterminedvia job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, marketdemandand internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
