Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Maintain and update SAP material master data and ensure accuracy of product and quality documentation.
• Support quality and regulatory documentation systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external requirements.
• Assist with product registrations, deviations, change requests, and related quality records.
• Manage and maintain quality databases, contributing to data integrity and audit readiness.
• Support internal and external customer requests, including regulatory and quality‑related inquiries.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Sales, and Manufacturing teams globally.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality systems and processes.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, life sciences, or related field, with experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
• Experience working with quality systems and documentation in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency in SAP, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and quality requirements relevant to biotechnology or life sciences.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to document and explain processes clearly.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross‑cultural environment.

• Experience supporting customer quality documentation and responding to regulatory or client requests.
• Ability to train, guide, or support regional or global Quality teams.
• Proficiency in applying AI‑enabled tools or digital solutions to improve quality processes and efficiency.
