Job Description


We are seeking a Specialist Quality Complaints.

The primary responsibilities include:

Supporting the product complaint system through; leading and managing product complaint investigations, performing data analysis and trending of complaint information to detect signals proactively and take appropriate actions on time.


Requirements


  • Education in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).

    • Doctorate or Masters + 2 years of directly related experience or

    Bachelors + 4 years of d


    directly related experience OR
    Associates + 8 years of directly related experience OR
    High school/GED + 10 years of directly related experience


  • Experience in project management.

  • Experience conducting root cause analysis and determining corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

  • Strong quality mindset and deep knowledge of compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

  • Experience using Microsoft Teams.

  • Proficiency in artificial intelligence tools, including ChatGPT.
