Quality Assurance professional with strong experience in EPC project environments, specializing in inspection, expediting, and supplier quality management. Proven ability to implement Quality Management Systems, ensure compliance with international standards (ASME, ASTM, API), and support procurement and inspection functions. Adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving technical issues, and maintaining high HSE and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Contributions

• Developed and managed inspection functions to ensure alignment with project objectives related to HSE, quality, cost, schedule, and compliance
• Ensured effective implementation of Quality Management principles across procurement and supplier-related activities.
• Supported Project Lead Inspector in planning, scheduling, and coordinating inspection and QC activities
• Monitored and actively participated in inspection processes to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards
• Facilitated effective communication and coordination between inspection teams and multidisciplinary project stakeholders.
• Built and maintained strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and third-party inspection agencies
• Contributed to the development and maintenance of Supplier Fact Sheets (SFS) and supplier performance evaluations.
• Collaborated with HSE teams to ensure safe inspection practices, reporting unsafe conditions and supporting incident management.
• Participated in supplier performance assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assisted in evaluating and monitoring the performance of field inspection agencies and personnel
• Recommended inspection strategies and expediting approaches for project execution and proposal development.
• Conducted shop inspections, supplier audits, and capability assessments for vendor approval processes.
• Supported implementation and maintenance of corporate and project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Analyzed technical inspection issues and collaborated with engineering teams to provide root cause analysis and preventive actions
