Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

  • Coordinate with Development and Quality teams to resolve discrepancies between approved samples and bulk production
  • Ensure consistency between approved samples and final production outputs
  • Work with CBQA to conduct factory visits for validation of production samples before bulk approval
  • Maintain and monitor Work-In-Process (WIP) status with factories
  • Oversee Fit, PP, TOP sample approvals, and Risk Assessment activities
  • Regularly track production status and Time & Action (T&A) plans, escalating issues to Asia Leads as needed
  • Support CBQA in conducting quality assurance activities including line reviews, pre-production meetings, inline inspections, pre-final inspections, and final inspections—especially when CBQA personnel are occupied with other priorities
  • Follow up on the development of Prototypes, Sales Reference Samples (SRS), Confirmation Samples (CFM), Pre-Production Samples (PP), and Top of Production (TOP) samples related to the CB Dhaka office
  • Ensure all development samples are compared against specified requirements and the master grid prior to dispatching to the New York Office (NYO)
  • Review specifications and callouts, identifying and addressing any discrepancies
  • Evaluate tech packs, specifications, CAD files, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for missing or unclear information, coordinating with relevant teams to clarify and ensure compliance with construction standards
  • Advise Merchants and the Design team on workmanship or productivity improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain close coordination with all relevant parties (internal operations, Brand Merchandisers, designers, and factory R&D) to ensure accurate and timely sample submission to NYO
  • Conduct method studies to streamline processes and improve productivity
  • Maintain a daily database of reviewed and approved samples for reporting purposes
  • Monitor key quality checkpoints throughout the development process
  • Collaborate with development factories to ensure correct prototypes and SRS samples are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  • Coordinate with production factories to ensure timely and quality-approved delivery of CFM, PP, and TOP samples
  • Follow up on TOP sample collection after 30–40% production completion, ensuring compliance with all approved standards
  • Organize Risk Assessment and Line Review meetings
  • Facilitate effective communication with New York, Hong Kong, and local counterparts

Additional Requirements

  • 5 years’ working experience in QA/QC on Field
  • Good knowledge of QA job process as well as Quality Assurance
  • Good knowledge of system in place
  • Bachelor’s degree holder or Tech college diploma.
  • Good in written English to understand the documents in English and issue report.
