DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To work out Production Schedule based on material status/manpower & tooling capacity
To monitor the output of production to make sure on time delivery
To coordinate with related departments (PD/ME/Tooling/MOQ) to solve issues during production
To analyze and control the safety stock and VSFB to maintain the reasonable inventory level to reduce the LT, quick responsiveness to customer and improve the Molex’s competitive ability.
To work with buyers to ensure material supply smoothly
To push production output and FG inventory to hit billing target
To do HC planning, material availability checking, and capacity analysis.
Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 years working experience in production planning, or 2-3 years working experience in Material Management related but with good logic analysis capability/Skills;
Experience in electronics caompnay with high mix low volume products
1)Rich planning skills; 2) English reading & writing capability;3) Familiar with SAP operation;4) Good Excel skills
