Based in Dolny Kubin, the Specialist Purchasing supports sourcing and purchasing activities that ensure the timely, cost-effective, and ethical procurement of materials and services. You will play a key role in enabling operational continuity, supporting supplier relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Emerson’s values of innovation, integrity, collaboration, and inclusion.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support day-to-day purchasing activities, including purchase order creation, order tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and adherence to agreed terms and quality standards.
- Monitor purchasing data and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner closely with planning, logistics, finance, and operations teams to align purchasing activities with business needs.
- Support sourcing initiatives, supplier onboarding, and contract compliance in line with company policies and ethical standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process efficiencies and supporting system or data accuracy initiatives.
- Ensure all activities comply with Emerson’s integrity, compliance, and safety expectations.

- Practical experience in purchasing, supply chain, procurement, or a related business support function.

- Clear communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
- A detail-oriented and organized approach, with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities.
- A commitment to ethical business practices and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems and basic reporting tools.
- Exposure to supplier coordination, sourcing activities, or process improvement initiatives.
- Comfort working in an international or cross-cultural business environment.
