Join our Logistics team and play a critical role in sustaining mission-ready systems by managing spares, inventory, provisioning, and Government Property throughout the full system life cycle. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Program, Supply Chain, and Property Management teams to ensure the right parts, documentation, asset controls, and support processes are in place to keep fielded systems operating without interruption. You will help drive readiness by coordinating procurement, repairs, inventory levels, property accountability, audits, and asset traceability across multiple sites using tools like SAIL and other ERP systems, while supporting mission-critical decisions and long-term system support planning. This is a high-impact position where your work directly enables successful missions, property compliance, and system reliability.

The Logistics Specialist / Provisioning role is intended for a professional with substantial prior relevant experience in logistics, provisioning, supply chain, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
This position works independently on moderately complex to complex assignments and applies practical knowledge, data analysis, and sound judgment to optimize stock levels, improve inventory accuracy, and support business and program objectives.
Experience working with formal Government Property Management Systems and associated internal controls.
Familiarity with property audit readiness, self-assessment programs, and corrective action closure.
Experience supporting Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) processes.
Familiarity with UID/serialization, asset tagging, location control, and chain-of-custody practices.
Experience with discrepancy reporting, LDD investigations, and property record reconciliation.
Experience working in compliance with customer-specific property clauses and DoD property administration expectations.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $69,500.00 MIN - $129,500.00 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
