Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Specialist Prosthodontist to join a reputed dental healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in restorative and prosthodontic dentistry, excellent attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach to delivering high-quality functional and aesthetic dental care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental and prosthodontic consultations.
• Assess patients' oral health, dental function, aesthetics, and restorative requirements.
• Develop individualized prosthodontic treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.
• Diagnose and manage complex restorative and prosthodontic cases.
• Perform fixed and removable prosthodontic procedures within the approved scope of practice.
• Plan and deliver crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, and other restorative treatments as clinically appropriate.
• Provide complete and partial denture treatment and rehabilitation.
• Evaluate patients requiring full-mouth rehabilitation and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Plan implant-supported restorations in collaboration with implantologists, oral surgeons, or other dental specialists.
• Perform occlusal assessment and appropriate bite rehabilitation.
• Work with dental laboratories to ensure accurate design, fit, function, and aesthetics of prosthetic restorations.
• Review and interpret relevant dental radiographs, photographs, scans, and diagnostic records.
• Provide appropriate follow-up and post-treatment care.
• Explain treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, costs, and maintenance requirements clearly to patients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
• Collaborate with general dentists, orthodontists, periodontists, endodontists, oral surgeons, and dental technicians where required.
• Maintain high standards of infection control, patient safety, and clinical quality.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing professional development.
• Comply with DHA regulations, professional standards, and facility policies.

Requirements

• BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent recognized dental qualification.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Prosthodontics
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
• Strong experience in fixed and removable prosthodontics.
• Excellent clinical judgment and treatment-planning skills.
• Strong aesthetic and restorative dentistry skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-management abilities.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
