
Job Title Hardware Program Manager
We are looking for a Hardware Program Manager to drive sustaining qualification operations program tracking stakeholder coordination and process improvement initiatives across hardware qualification programs The role requires strong analytical coordination and reporting skills to manage qualification workflows and ensure seamless execution across crossfunctional teams
Key Responsibilities
Conduct intake investigations for sustaining qualification requests and analyze incoming program requirements
Create and manage child QaaS trackers at SKU level and coordinate handoff to execution teams
Query analyze and interpret data from internal customers vendors and stakeholders to support program decisions
Prepare and share qualification summary signoff reports for completed sustaining qualification activities
Track and communicate sustaining qualification status through weekly meetings and ADOQaaS tracker updates
Collaborate with engineering validation and program teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution
Drive process improvements workflow optimization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
Maintain documentation dashboards and status reports for leadership and customer visibility
Ensure timely followup escalation management and closure of action items across programs
Required Skills
Strong program management and stakeholder coordination skills
Experience with ADO QaaS trackers reporting and project tracking tools
Good analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience in hardware qualification validation or sustaining engineering programs
Strong communication reporting and documentation capabilities
Knowledge of automationprocess improvement methodologies is preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with crossfunctional global teams
