Major Function
Reporting to the Director, the Specialist, Program Business Solutions and Analysis serves as a bridge between end users and technical solutions, with a primary focus on building strong relationships with staff in WWF-US Country Offices to understand their reporting and analytics needs. The role translates those needs into effective, sustainable solutions primarily in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and alignment with operational priorities. This position also supports Workday Adaptive Planning reporting, process documentation, system enhancement testing, and user enablement in both English and Spanish.
