As a member of the Measurement & Learning Product Management team, within Pearson’s School Assessment organization, the Advanced Specialist, Product Specialist serves as a critical bridge between product development and go-to-market success.
Specialist, Product Specialists are recognized as subject matter experts (SMEs) across Measurement & Learning products. They are responsible for translating product capabilities into clear, accurate, and impactful content, training, and enablement resources that ensure internal teams—and ultimately educators—can effectively understand and use our solutions.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role leads initiatives that directly influence product adoption, implementation fidelity, and customer value. Product Specialists partner across Product, Sales, Proposals, Marketing, Professional Learning (PL), Partner Success, and Support to ensure all audiences have consistent, high-quality, and actionable product knowledge.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $75,000 - $80,000.
