Identify and assess quality risks from Training Lot and mass production results
Review mass‑production quality to spot risks affecting PM / Material / Process
Analyze issues and lead structured problem‑solving to drive effective solutions
Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Material teams
Clearly define problem scope and separate out-of-scope issues
Prepare and validate data to support key decisions (Use‑as‑is / Rework / Scrap / Deviation)
Develop and track action plans to ensure risks are fully resolved
Prepare root‑cause and action reports for customer complaints
Lead or support RCA methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.)
Define containment, corrective, and preventive actions and confirm their effectiveness
We love that you are…
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred) or related fields such as Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering
2–5 years’ experience in Quality, NPI, or Manufacturing environments
Understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in jewellery production or related industries
Experience in quality improvement and resolving production or process issues using tools such as FMEA, 8D, and root-cause analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and create dashboards to support decision-making (Microsoft Office / Power Platform)
Good communication and presentation skills in Thai and English, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive improvements
