Position: Specialist Procurement

Be part of our Procurement team and play a key role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will support purchasing activities, coordinate deliveries, resolve supply issues, and contribute to the smooth operation of the business in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to Procurement Manager in day-to-day purchasing functions.
• Source and obtain competitive quotes from suppliers.
• Issue of Purchase Order or Contract.
• Monitor and expedite material deliveries.
• Co-ordinate between supplier and internal parties on all purchasing issues.
• Handle complaints on quality issues regarding incoming material.
• Follow up with supplier on replacement or return until being resolved.
• Handle ad-hoc procurement related activities.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Certificate / Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent Degree holder
• Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in Purchasing, vendor managements
• Preferably experience in handling Letter of Credit and issuance of Bank Guarantees
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
