Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
Establishing supplier relationship management processes and continuous improvement goals/programs.
Negotiating contracts and coordinating supplier integration plans with internal clients.
Monitoring market dynamics that impact materials/services availability and/or pricing.
Partnering with internal clients to identify sourcing needs, develop buyer/market profiles, identify marketplace trends, and define acceptable service levels.
Demonstrate strong procurement and planning background.
Responsible for the planning of materials and production, providing resources and materials according to pre-established demand.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment, preferably handling direct materials, indirect materials, or MRO procurement.
Proficient in SAP (e.g., creating Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, vendor master data, and procurement reporting).
Good command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
Familiar with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
