Job Description

Main purpose of the role

• Proficiency in operating machinery and tools commonly used in prototyping and fabrication, such as 3D printers, laser engrave, Photoshop Illustrators , and other machine in Fablab
• Running Design of experiment under internal project together with data capturing
• Initiate new /Technique process design and guidelines for new technique support.
• Provide technique parameter Optimization to handover to PD and related function in verification phase.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques in the rapidly evolving field of fabrication and prototyping.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during the fabrication and prototyping process, finding creative solutions to overcome challenges.
• Clear communication is vital for conveying ideas, discussing project requirements, and providing updates on prototype progress.

Key accountabilities

• Take an action in executing all projects/requests under New Capabilities project and Innovation Fab lab to ensure those projects are finished on time.
• Rapid design solutions to demonstrate your creativity and technical skills.
• Ensure high-quality prototypes under project and request under Fab Lab beforehand to costumers.
• Execute the way of working effectively to team member according to determined planning work.
• Understanding of various materials and their properties, with the ability to select the most appropriate for each process application.
• Communicate effectively to keep team updated on hand tasks, issues, and concerns. Identify potential barriers to meeting completion timelines as soon as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality tests and other support.
• Compile raw data to provide result’s presentation to supervisor to verify and summary.
• Create a job card for internal projects and daily tracking WIP for weekly report.
