Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Execution
Execute production plans for both series production and new product launches in coordination with the Advanced SCM team.
Manage weekly PSS part planning, incorporating dynamic demand changes and inventory availability.
Ensure achievement of supply chain targets with zero customer line stoppage
2. Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare and present weekly MIS reports to track progress and target achievement.
Monitor inventory turn rates by aligning SAP volumes with minimum FG stock levels.
3. Continuous Improvement
Drive operational improvements through:
Reduction in changeovers
Enhancement of productivity
Ensuring timely material availability for dispatch
4. Planning & Inventory Control
Conduct long-term demand planning for imported child parts.
Lead inventory reduction initiatives while maintaining required FG stock levels.
Analyze inventory using SAP BW reports and implement corrective actions.
5. Logistics & Cost Optimization
Manage inbound and outbound logistics costs while ensuring timely dispatch of finished goods.
Drive packaging optimization and logistics cost-saving initiatives
6.Operational Responsibilities
Validate MRP runs and maintain planning accuracy.
Monitor customer demand vs. supplier capacity and proactively highlight gaps.
Improve inbound material processes through:
Measurement
Monitoring
Reporting
Continuous improvement initiatives
Support ASCM and project teams during new product launches.
Ensure adherence to departmental quality and performance targets

Production Planning systems, tools, and processes
SAP Modules: MM, PSS, ACCO
Inventory management systems and reporting tools (SAP BW)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Customer management processes
