Job Description

In this role, you will drive transparency, reliability, and effective control across our international project portfolio. You will connect planning, forecasting, capacity management, and operational execution, ensuring that projects are successfully delivered while considering resources, dependencies, and risks. As a key interface between Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations, you will make a significant contribution to the on-time execution of our wind energy projects.

YOUR TASKS

  • Ensure transparency and data quality across the project portfolio through continuous monitoring of schedules, progress, and deviations, while tracking and driving corrective actions
  • Develop and continuously refine reliable forecasts based on project data, progress assessments, and risk evaluations
  • Establish and manage an integrated resource and capacity management framework to align project demands with available resources.
  • Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on regular Execution and Readiness Reviews to ensure projects are fully executable
  • Identify and manage critical dependencies throughout the entire project lifecycle, from material availability to site readiness
  • Analyze operational risks and bottlenecks and initiate and coordinate appropriate mitigation measures with relevant stakeholders
  • Continuously improve planning, forecasting, and project control processes, and develop meaningful KPI analyses to support management decision-making

YOUR PROFILE

  • Several years of professional experience in project controls, project portfolio planning, project governance, or operational project execution
  • Proven experience in delivering complex projects, ideally within wind energy, renewable energy, infrastructure, or industrial environments
  • Strong expertise in integrated planning, forecasting, and resource and capacity management
  • Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or comparable applications
  • Advanced analytical skills and strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics tools
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and robust decision-making insights
  • Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
