Job Description

Position Title: Specialist - Performance Analyst

The Performance Specialist maximizes the reliability and output of our regional wind turbine fleet by turning data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll analyze key performance metrics, ensure data quality, and provide reporting that supports continuous improvement. Working with cross-functional colleagues you’ll identify opportunities and recommend actions that strengthen results. Also support improvement projects and help develop and maintain the data infrastructure that enables the Service team to store, process, and analyze large volumes of operational data


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze fleet availability and performance, including availability loss drivers, forecasted performance, and variances, and communicate insights to key stakeholders.
  • Oversee downtime categorization activities to ensure accurate and consistent data for availability and performance reporting.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve undocumented availability losses to improve accuracy.
  • Support strategic improvement projects focused on enhancing processes that impact Service performance information and operational effectiveness.
  • Identify and assess risks related to fleet performance and business outcomes, contribute to risk portfolio evaluation, and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and site personnel to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues revealed through performance analysis.
  • Assist in root cause analysis, reporting, and monitoring for prioritized reliability topics to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Quantify and document the value of improvements, capturing cost savings, availability gains, and other benefits driven by team initiatives.


Candidate Requirements

Career & Job Experience

  • Required experience in database and ERP systems, including SAP.
  • Experience in wind energy industry preferred
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in tools such as MS Office, Power BI, SQL, R, Python.
  • Experience in SQL Database

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or analytics field preferred
  • Equivalent experience in data analysis, reliability or performance engineering preferred

Personal Profile & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to work confidently with large datasets, interpret trends, and draw clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings in a clear, compelling way and translate complex data into digestible content.
  • Proficiency in data exploration and reporting, including building queries.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in tools such as MS Office, Power BI, SQL, R, Python.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to follow oral and written instructions and to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Strong organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver clear plans and reports.
  • Hands-on experience using performance monitoring programs or dashboards.
