This high-visibility role positions you as an internal consultant. It offers a direct pathway into Global People Product Management, Enterprise Business Analysis, or Strategic HR Transformation leadership. A background in HR Business Analysis: Experience in process mapping, gathering business requirements, and translating regional nuances into clear functional specifications.
Hands-on experience with the Workday Ecosystem: Strong functional familiarity with Workday Core HCM. Deep backend configuration skills are not required; understanding system logic, capabilities, and business processes is what matters.
Strong stakeholder diplomacy: The ability to communicate confidently across cultures, navigate global/local relationships, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Experience in building collaborative frameworks: A track record of participating in or running User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting change management strategies that drive system adoption.
An analytical mindset for data governance: A detailed understanding of data cleanliness, mass data management (EIBs), and how regional compliance requirements impact data entry.
Professional foundations: 3–4 years of relevant experience in an HRIS, or HR Business Analyst position, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
