Job Description

The organization is seeking a Specialist, People Operations to manage HR processes for dispatchers and support various HR-related activities. This role involves ensuring smooth onboarding for new dispatchers, maintaining HR guidelines, compiling data-driven reports, and assisting with office events and team-building activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in English and Korean, and experience in HR operations within tech companies.

Position Responsibilities:

• Operate HR processes for all dispatchers
• Provide support for new dispatcher settlements
• Review and maintain guideline documents
• Compile periodic analysis reports related to HR data
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
• Respond to miscellaneous requests from teams
• Manage office events and assist in event planning/organization, such as all-hands meetings, happy hours, and team-building events

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 3+ years of HR experience (tech companies preferred)
• Fluency in English and Korean
• Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity and sound judgment when handling confidential information
• Excellent time management skills to handle competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Strong statistical skills of using Excel are preferred

Hourly Pay Rate Range $45—$55 USD
