Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage pediatric patients requiring surgical intervention within the government hospital setting
• Develop and implement surgical treatment plans considering patient safety and best clinical practices
• Perform diverse pediatric surgical procedures with precision and adherence to hospital protocols
• Monitor postoperative recovery and provide comprehensive follow-up care
• Work in close collaboration with hospital staff, including pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and nursing teams
• Contribute to training and mentorship programs for junior staff and medical students as applicable

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Completion of Pediatric Surgery residency and fellowship training
• Experience working in government or public hospital settings is preferred
• Proven ability to perform complex pediatric surgical procedures
• Strong communication skills suitable for diverse patient populations
• Commitment to public healthcare service and ethical medical practice
