This opportunity is open exclusively to European based doctors seeking relocation to Dubai.

We are currently seeking a skilled Specialist Pediatric ER physician who is committed to delivering high-quality emergency care to children. This role involves managing acute pediatric emergencies in a private healthcare setting, offering an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art resources and a supportive multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be adept at rapid assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric patients in critical conditions, while maintaining compassionate communication with families.

Responsibilities:

• Perform timely assessment and stabilization of pediatric patients presenting with emergency medical conditions.
• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of acute illnesses and injuries in children.
• Conduct emergency procedures including intubations, laceration repair, and IV insertions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients’ families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training activities within the private sector facility.

Requirements

• Medical degree with completion of Pediatrics residency and Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship.
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Valid and current medical license to practice in the private sector jurisdiction.
• Experience in pediatric emergency medicine, preferably in private healthcare settings.
• Ability to make quick, evidence-based decisions under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with children and families.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to private healthcare standards.
• Proficient in electronic health record systems and medical technology.
