Job Description

Specialist – SAP SD & CS

We are seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP SD and CS modules to support, optimize, and enhance business processes within the SAP SD/CS skill cluster The role involves solution design, configuration, support, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure stable and efficient SAP operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze, optimize, and enhance SAP SD and CS business processes
  • Design and implement SAP SD/CS solutions aligned with organizational and business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP SD and CS configuration and customization
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to SAP SD and CS modules.
  • Stay updated on latest SAP SD/CS trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support integration of SAP SD/CS modules with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and training activities related to SAP SD/CS solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SD and CS solutions based on business requirements.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into SAP SD/CS functional specifications
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SD and CS modules, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement enhancements.
  • Conduct system testing, resolve issues, and coordinate with technical teams for fixes.
  • Support end‑user training and prepare clear, comprehensive process documentation
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SAP standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in SAP SD and CS modules
  • Strong understanding of order‑to‑cash and customer service processes
  • Experience in SAP configuration, support, and enhancements
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and project environments
