Specialist - OSIA (Java Spring Boot Full Stack Developer)

What you will enjoy doing

• In this position you will be developing, testing, and maintaining features across Java/Spring backend services and React frontend applications. Also you will deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and new functionality that support evolving business requirements.
• You will also build and maintain REST APIs, integrations, and data-driven solutions.
• Further you will participate in database design, query optimization, and application performance improvements and technical design discussions, backlog refinement, and solution planning.
• Also you will support modernization and refactoring initiatives under the guidance of Technical Leads and Senior Engineers. Also you will assisting in decomposing legacy functionality into modern services and components.
• Furthermore, contribute to reducing technical debt and improving application maintainability.
• Also you will assist with deployments and CI/CD pipeline activities.
• Lastly you will work closely with developers, Technical Leads, QA engineers, Product Owners, and stakeholders

What makes you great

• You must have 5+ years of professional full stack development experience and need to have strong proficiency in Java (8–21) with practical knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• You need to have hands-on experience building React applications with modern JavaScript / TypeScript.
• You are comfortable working with Docker containers and cloud deployments on Azure and/or AWS.
• And have solid SQL skills and experience with both MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• With familiarity with enterprise authentication and authorization flows (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Entra ID).
• You must have experience with automated testing (unit, integration) and CI/CD tooling.
• You are self-directed with the ability to take ownership of complex features from design to production.
• With proven experience delivering complex enterprise software solutions.
• You have experience working within
  large enterprise applications, including modernization, enhancement, or
  large-scale refactoring initiatives.

Initial pay range: EUR X.XXX – EUR X.XXX gross per month.

The exact initial pay will be determined within the stated range based on the candidate’s qualifications, professional experience, skills, and competencies relevant
to the role, and will be agreed upon through a transparent process before the employment contract is concluded
