Job Description

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for a Specialist Orthodontist to provide comprehensive orthodontic assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise in modern orthodontic techniques and a patient-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive orthodontic consultations, examinations, and treatment planning.
• Diagnose malocclusions, dentofacial abnormalities, and orthodontic conditions.
• Develop and execute individualized orthodontic treatment plans.
• Perform fixed and removable orthodontic treatments, including conventional and aesthetic appliances.
• Provide clear aligner treatment and other contemporary orthodontic procedures where applicable.
• Monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Manage orthodontic cases involving crowding, spacing, crossbite, overbite, and other malocclusions.
• Coordinate with general dentists, oral surgeons, pediatric dentists, and other specialists when required.
• Educate patients and parents regarding treatment plans, oral hygiene, and retention.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• BDS/DDS/DMD or equivalent dental degree.
• MDS/MSD or recognized postgraduate specialty qualification in Orthodontics.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferred.
• Strong experience in comprehensive orthodontic diagnosis and treatment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.
