Location: Shanghai, China

To strengthen our Supply Chain organisation in China, we are looking for an

Specialist Order Management PCB

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

  • Perform (semi) routine customer Care office tasks, including software input (SAP or equivalent). Responsible for customer order fulfillment, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
  • Order entry within 24 hours for all orders, confirm orders within 48 hours, execute on order allocation decisions
  • Serve as contact for customers and sales to assure responsiveness (order and delivery related info) through professional & efficient communication and proactive updates throughout the entire order flow.
  • Organize physical delivery of products to end users (consumables/equipment/Spare parts) and organize the shipment and communicate delivery to all parties involved + management of service contracts
  • Coordinate with related teams to report and address complaints and returns effectively.
  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring supply chain related key factors, identifying bottlenecks in the order process and collaborating across departments to implement timely solutions.
  • FSE dispatch and follow up; reporting, system data update

  • Handle resource conflicts following allocation decisions

Profile:

  • You have a bachelor degree in a relevant field and min. 5 years experience in an international environment
  • You understand business needs from various departments (Operations, Finance, Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Logistics)
  • You have strong communication skills; you communicate with and inform all parties involved in the process, incl. 3rd party suppliers & transport companies
  • You are a real team player
  • You have an in-depth understanding of SAP and workflow applications
  • You have commercial awareness of impact own job on service results.
