Recieve order and check against contract, Create and book order.
Booking sales orders based on purchase orders recieved from customers/sales representatives
Coordination of price differences in commercial condition and missing information, material discrepancies with internal Sales.
Checking references to quotations or contracts
Change orders & update quantity contracts(customer driven)
Maintain and implement charges in schedule agreements in alignment wih end customer; quantity increase/decrease, postponement or scheduling agreement delivery date change
Handling delivery blocks
Check order entry via MEDIAS in case of any error, make corrections in SAP
EDI error processing external sales orders
Download demand order from customer portal
Upload of delivery information to customer portals
Create and send order confirmation to customers
Handling of customer inquiries & case creation in Salesforce Service Cloud(Such as Delivery Improvement/order creation/change request)
Monitor All DN are created without error, if necessary, issue DN manually
If applicable, request/cross check all necessary shipment documents and conditions
Handling of delivery exceptions(special transport)
Delivery coordination with Transport Management
Request for proof of delivery
If applicable, follow up on shipment documents
In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her supervisor that are essentially related to his/her duties
Degree in supply chain management or comparable specialization
Minimum 1 year proven experience in a customer service or demand management position of an international organization.
Good knowledge of SAP Module, Salesforce service Cloud advantageous Proficiency with MS-Office( Excel, Power Point) , English language level allowing business communication(mandatory) ,Customer Centricity ,Maturity to communicate & negotiate with customers, Preciseness and carefulness in terms of data handling ,Compliance Mangemene
