US Retirement Plan (401k) Recordkeeping. We support clients in transaction processing and other back end operations of retirement plans. Great West is a part of Great-West Financial Job requisite will include and not restricted being:
Responsible for accurate and efficient processing of critical transactions for the participants /clients ; Transactions might include but not limited identify the type of transactions based on the - determine if the request is IGor Nil; Work with upstream and down stream process capture the right information; Code transactions in the system and communicate back with an update the client/ participant depending on the type of the transaction

Duties, Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Accurately and efficiently processes and performs analysis and entry of participant transaction requests and assigned tasks in EASY recordkeeping system
  • Develops extensive job knowledge by applying written procedures, special handling, plan bulletins, tax charts and plan level set up rules.
  • Maintain departmental established productivity and quality goals.
  • Responsible for prioritization and completion of assigned tasks in accordance with Departmental, corporate, IRS, Department of Labor, FINRA and SEC regulations and requirements
  • Designs and delivers clear, respectful communications across audience

Skills:

  • 1- 4 years of similarly related experience in financial field, strongly preferred.
  • Acquires basic skills and knowledge of the organizations processing platforms
  • Demonstrates decision making and analytical skills. Must be detailed oriented and have analytical ability for in-depth research. Must pass
  • company administered skills assessments such as typing and ten-key input at required minimum levels.
  • Ability analyze transactions for completion and correct posting participant accounts. Attention tdetail and the ability maintain productivity levels are essential but more important must maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Using established procedures and working under immediate supervision, performs assigns tasks
  • Performs review of data and activity prevent risk of loss due terrors.
  • This position frequently requires periodic and mandatory (usually unscheduled) overtime
