About This Role

This position is to serve as the finance support for Carrier’s total Capex and WHQ Operations functional budget management process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Carrier’s global Capex process and partnering with the FP&A teams, including annual plan, quarterly forecast and monthly actual monitoring across BUs and investment categories

• Support World Headquarters (WHQ) Capex by coordinating with global functions and perform WHQ’s Capex forecast process and variance analysis

• Serve as the first point of contact for the WHQ Operations team for their Capex projects, including but not limited to, project payback analysis and expense categorization

• Support leadership review on Capex investment including CFO approval review and major investment health-checks

• Support WHQ Operations functional budget process and communicate with budget owners on variances and risk and opportunities to manage budget

• Other ad hoc analysis to support operations finance and capital management as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance

• 4 or more years’ experience in a finance related position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated command of HFM, Excel, PowerPoint

• Excellent communication skills

• Passion for project management and problem solving
