Job Description

Main Purpose of the Role:

  1. To build, maintain & manage both Strategic, Operational Reporting & Analysis to support efficiently & effectively running the business. e.g. optimizing back orders, facilitating “fair share” allocations, cost controlling and cost optimization, for example on freight and warehousing. This includes managing data accuracy, validity and transparency.
  2. To proactively support both short term and long term operational planning & execution of DC operations.
  3. To engage with the SME community both locally and globally to build our internal knowledge of our Systems in order to run the operations efficiently & effectively. In addition to building & maintaining training material to support & train end users. Focus will be on 2 areas :
    a. Lead in our IIS (Internally Pandora Built System) Inventory Information Systems.
    b. Lead in our local created & global created Reporting platforms (PowerBI/Databricks/…)
  4. To work closely with the LEAN & Change Team in order to keep our SOPs updated and collaborate on projects that have major changes to the business.
  5. To assist in System Support, Development & Regular Updates activities to ensure available, stable & efficient daily operations with minimal downtime. This includes the building & execution of test cases and supporting testing activities.
  6. To assist in generating ideas for improvement and execute Strategic Projects within APAC Operations not necessarily limited to systems and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Engineering or related field
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, project management, or related field
  • Can work independently with high degree of accountability
  • Self Driven
  • Be ambitious and goal oriented & driven by development both personally and professionally.
  • Presentation & Facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of Project feasibility analysis would be a plus
  • Fast learner
  • Problem solving skill is needed
  • Ability to identify the area of improvement in the process and their own skills
  • Ability to research on topics by oneself
  • Open minded and listen to the other people's feedback
  • Perform as an Ideal Team Player and an effective Leader
  • Ability to work within and as a team
  • Proficient in using SAP, AX, WMS(REFLEX), TMS(CENTIRO), PowerBI, Microsoft Office packages and data analysis tools.
  • Good communication in Thai and English
