We are looking for a Specialist Organisational Change Management to provide OCM expertise across major projects within Pilbara Mines Operational Readiness. You will help safely prepare people and operations for project delivery, commissioning and handover by leading change impact analysis, organisational design, stakeholder engagement, communications and capability development
This role provides expertise and guidance in Organisational Change Management to safely prepare people and operations for project delivery, commissioning and handover by leading change impact analysis, organisational design, stakeholder engagement, communications and capability development activities while mentoring practitioners, influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement to achieve sustainable operational outcomes and project value.
This is an opportunity to influence how major projects transition into operations and to help leaders and teams successfully adopt new assets, technologies, systems and ways of working. Your work will directly support safe commissioning, operational handover, workforce readiness and sustainable project value.
