🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a culturally attuned and clinically experienced Specialist OBGYN to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care across prenatal, natal, and postnatal stages, with a strong emphasis on patient communication, surgical expertise, and evidence-based practice.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations and manage routine and high-risk pregnancies
• Perform gynecological procedures including:
• Cesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopies
• D&C, colposcopy, and fertility-related interventions
• Provide antenatal and postnatal care with a focus on maternal and fetal well-being
• Collaborate with midwives, neonatologists, and anesthesiologists for integrated care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
• Participate in departmental audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking patients and families to ensure clarity and comfort in care delivery

📋 Qualifications & Experience

• Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
• Certification: Specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (e.g., Arab Board, MRCOG, or equivalent)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a hospital or women’s health clinic
• Strong surgical and diagnostic skills across obstetric and gynecologic domains
• Excellent interpersonal and culturally sensitive communication abilities
