Join our dynamic Team as a Master Data Management Specialist at Avis Budget Group BSC in Budapest!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing the contract documentation for companies that the Sales Team wants to sign contracts with;
• Filling customer database templates once Sales signed the contract;
• Filling rate forms with the renewed pricing in case of changes in rates;
• Managing fleet availability changes in our systems;
• Setting up Avis Worldwide Discount number representing the contract;
• Responding to customer and partner queries and documentation of action /resolution;
• Providing administrative support to sales managers in the headquarter;
• Precise documentation of actions and resolutions in the relevant systems;
• Recognizing opportunities for improving processes;

What we are looking for:

• Hungarian and English working proficiency knowledge;
• Similar experience in a Shared Service environment is an advantage but not a must;
• A precise attitude to administrative tasks;
• Strong problem-solving skills, logical & proactive thinking, ability to take initiative;
• Collaborative approach, willingness to work in a close-knit team
• Confident communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
• Have an eye for the smallest details and enjoy process improvement;
• Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel with confidence;
