What youwill do
Maintain Customer-to-Cash Customer Master Data in line with company policies, data standards and working instructions, while continuously improving data quality and the way we work.
Actively manage business relationships, take end-to-end ownership of requests and issues, and ensure they are followed through to a timely and effective resolution.
Perform data cleansing activities to identify and remove outdated, unused or duplicate data, improving business usability, compliance and risk prevention.
Contribute to the development of service procedures, policies, standards and tools in close cooperation with the Manager and colleagues.
Continuously identify improvement opportunities and explore new ways to automate and simplify data management activities.
Use AI-enabled tools and solutions to support data analysis, identify inconsistencies, streamline repetitive tasks and improve the quality and efficiency of daily operations.
Stay curious about new technologies and actively contribute ideas on how AI, automation and digital solutions can enhance master data services.
Promote consistent ways of working, service excellence, continuous improvement and meaningful measurement of data quality and performance.
Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing and the use of master data best practices across the organization.
Ensure that all relevant policies, guidelines and data standards are consistently followed in daily work.
Combine attention to detail with a broader business perspective, understanding how accurate customer data supports smooth processes, better decisions and a positive customer experience.
Who you are
You have abachelor or master’sdegree in a relevant field of study
You have preferably 2-3 years of related workexperiences
You are fluent in English and appreciate working in a truly international environment
You have working knowledge of CTC process and related master data management (e.g. customer / business partner, bank master)
You have basic understanding of master datalife-cycleand the relationships in the enterprise level application landscape such as ERP, Customer Relationship Management (e.g. Salesforce), Reporting Solutions, Analytics and downstream business applications
You are confident in using Excel; it is a plus if you are familiar with Power BI, and a great advantage if you have experience in automated solutions and use of robotics in data management activities
You are a self-directed, responsible and proactive doer with customer service mindset; you takethe ownershipand get things done in an efficient and professional way
You have good communication skills to liaise with our internal customers, team members and other stakeholders – together we aim higher!
You are comfortable working in a matrix organization and managing multiple networks across an enterprise
You have a proven passion forthe dataquality discipline; methodical way of working and good attention to details are beneficial in this role
You have practical knowledge of AI tools and use them responsibly in data-related activities to support analysis, improve data quality, automate repetitive tasks and increase operational efficiency.
