This role is a key component of our young talent programs, designed to cultivate and develop future marketing management professionals for both brand management and business management. This role will focus on providing engaging brand experience to target audiences across official digital/social touch points, be responsible for digital campaign planning and execution.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Support line manager to build end-to-end digital campaigns (social media, paid ads) to drive brand awareness and conversions.
• Optimize media mix (programmatic, close-loop marketing) for maximum ROI.
• Deliver campaign/monthly/quarterly reports, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and pilot new media strategies to drive media innovation
• Monitor and optimize Red brand search performance to ensure top visibility.
• Work with vendor to improve keyword rankings and paid search efficiency.
• Assist in developing campaigns align with seasonal brand campaign concept (e.g., hashtag challenges, influencer collaborations) to boost engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A bachelor's degree is required, and candidates should be recent university graduates.
• Good English in oral and written, familiar with office software.
• Good communication skill with internal and external partners.
• Logical thinking, strong interpersonal skill, proactive, carefully, a good team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
• Passion for fashion and lifestyle brands.
