Join a team that's All Kinds of Useful

At Origin, being useful is more than a tagline - it’s how we approach work every day. As a collective, we’re a team that thrives on finding better ways, working together, and owning our impact. From powering homes to delivering award-winning internet and helping to lead Australia’s energy transition. If you’re driven by purpose and excited to be part of something bigger, we’d love to have you on the journey.

About the Role

As the Marketing Specialist – GTM Lead, you are the engine room of our growth. This is a high-energy, strategy-and-execution focused role for a marketer who loves to build, launch, optimise, and continuously improve campaigns.

You will own the “how” of our go-to-market strategy, turning high-level business goals into tangible, high-performing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our marketing roadmap, moving seamlessly from briefing creative and coordinating stakeholders to analysing performance data and optimising outcomes. We are looking for someone who can manage multiple workstreams, proactively remove roadblocks, and bring campaigns to market with speed and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Delivery & Execution: Partner with media agencies and internal teams to deliver integrated GTM campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Pipeline & Growth Focus: Prioritise initiatives that directly support acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Value Proposition Activation: Collaborate with Product, Creative, and CX teams to translate business strategies into compelling customer value propositions and campaign messaging.
  • Cross-Functional Project Management: Act as the central “conductor” across Creative, Digital, Product, CX, and Media to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and on message.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance closely and optimise creative, messaging, and channel investment in-flight to maximise outcomes and ROI.
  • Campaign Reporting & PIRs: Lead post-implementation reviews (PIRs), share performance insights, learnings, and recommendations with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Asset & Resource Management: Coordinate the production of marketing assets and ensure teams have the content, creative, and data needed to execute effectively.

About You

You are a commercially minded, results focused marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing campaigns to life.

  • Operator Mindset: You have a proven track record of successfully executing marketing plans and delivering results in competitive retail environments.
  • Campaign Native: You understand what great integrated campaigns look like and know how to build and optimise them.
  • Data-Led & Agile: You use performance metrics and insights to make informed decisions quickly and confidently.
  • Project Management Pro: You are highly organised, able to manage complex timelines, and skilled at aligning stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
  • Collaborative Communicator: You know how to bring cross-functional teams together and keep stakeholders informed through clear communication and reporting.
  • Resilient & Hands-On: You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing what it takes to deliver exceptional integrated marketing campaigns.
