Your Tasks

Driving of strategic initiatives: Leadership and execution of key strategic loyalty initiatives and projects with the objective of enhancing overall loyalty program performance
Program enhancement: Establishment, management, and optimization of features, benefits, customer journeys, and services within the loyalty program in alignment with business objectives
KPI monitoring: Monitoring and analysis of loyalty KPIs, proactive identification of improvement areas, and implementation of corrective measures to ensure achievement of program targets
Continuous optimization: Ongoing evaluation and optimization of the loyalty program to improve performance and deliver a seamless customer experience across all channels
Market insight: Continuous monitoring of retail and loyalty trends, data analysis, and anticipation of shopping and visitation patterns to support the strategic evolution of the program

Your Profile

First experience in loyalty programs, loyalty Marketing campaigns, or a related field
Ideally a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on marketing, communications, or market / consumer research
Very good analytical skills / affinity for numbers
Excellent MS Office skills especially Power Point
Fluent in both English and German is a must
Proactive approach to work
