営業部門や倉庫、通関業者との連携を図りながら、スムーズな物流運営を支えるポジションです。営業サポート業務も一部お任せする可能性がございます。
輸出入通関手配(輸入メイン)
通関業者との調整・連絡
納期管理・在庫管理
海外・国内の倉庫との連携
社内営業部門との調整業務
SAPやExcelを用いたデータ入力・管理
その他物流に関する庶務
【必須】
・物流・貿易事務の経験(3年以上)
・Excel中級以上(数百件~数千件のデータをvlookupやピボットテーブルを使用しながら処理できるレベル)
・英語:読み書きレベル以上
