Job Description

The Specialist, Lifestyle & Collections Brand Management - Asia Pacific (APAC) will provide the information, coordination, tools, and operating support that enables Hilton's Lifestyle and Collection category team to scale and perform across APAC. You will support the team with planning and execution of strategic projects, and liaise with partner functions across the enterprise to advance key priorities. This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional who communicates clearly, manages multiple priorities with care, and uses Microsoft Office and AI-enabled tools to improve the quality and efficiency of the team's work.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important, and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Support key strategic initiatives and projects to enable Hilton’s Lifestyle and Collections category growth across the APAC region.
  • Prepare category dashboards, analyses, competitor and market research, briefing documents, and executive presentations.
  • Contribute to enhancing performance and resolving special requests of Hilton’s operating Lifestyle and Collection hotels.
  • Maintain project plans, action logs, content libraries, templates, and recurring governance materials so priorities stay visible and on track.
  • Coordinate requests from hotels, Development, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Design, and global brand teams, ensuring actions are routed, tracked, and closed with appropriate follow-up.
  • Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and other approved productivity tools to organize information, improve workflows, and create clear, accurate outputs.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work closely with the Senior Director, Director and other APAC Lifestyle & Collections Team Members to support planning, reporting, and priority initiatives.
  • Coordinate with hotel teams and regional partner functions to collect information, prepare materials, monitor actions, and support delivery of category projects.
  • Participate in team meetings, project working sessions, opening and development reviews, and regional governance cadences.

What projects or deliverables you will take ownership of:

  • Own the APAC Lifestyle & Collections category trackers and reporting cadence, maintaining accurate updates across hotel performance data, signings, net unit growth, openings, pipeline, commercial results, and key initiatives.
  • Own the team's project-management and knowledge-management tools (e.g., SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and team folders), including action tracking, content libraries, templates, and practical AI-enabled workflow improvements.

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, brand management, brand support, marketing, hospitality, development, commercial support, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize information and tailor materials for different stakeholders.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (PivotTable and formulas), PowerPoint (advanced level), Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work with attention to detail, and travel occasionally as business needs require.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience supporting a regional, corporate, hospitality, brand, development, or commercial team, with strong task management, follow-through, problem solving, and collaborative working style.
  • Experience building dashboards, presentations, reporting tools, project plans, or other structured business materials.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or comparable AI-enabled productivity tools, including sound judgment regarding accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriate use.
