Your contribution:
You take end-to-end ownership of core Landlord Management processes, including the design, standardization, and automation of high-impact workflows
You drive operational excellence by steering daily KPIs such as terminations, rent adjustments, and SLA compliance to ensure premium service quality
You act as a functional expert and escalation point for complex operational issues, providing subject matter expertise to solve recurring challenges
You analyse performance data to derive strategic measures that optimise cost efficiency, processing speed, and overall customer satisfaction
You collaborate internationally with delivery teams in Germany, Hungary, and India to maintain unified process standards and execution models
You shape future-ready solutions by contributing to contract amendments, digital tools, and process guidelines that enhance scalability
You manage vital interfaces between Technology, Supply Chain, and compliance departments to support audits and the roll-out of new infrastructure projects.
What makes you stand out:
A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field
2-3 years of professional experience in Landlord Management, telecom infrastructure, or real estate operations
Proficiency with operational and reporting tools (e.g., One View, LIRA, or similar workflow/ticketing systems)
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is a strong plus
Fluent German (C1) and excellent English (B2/C1) skills, both written and spoken
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable operational improvements.
